1. Get Safe!
Before anything else, everyone’s safety comes first. If you are faced with present danger, leave the building and call for help.
2. Make Emergency Repairs!
If it is safe to do so, contain the damage by making emergency repairs such as:
→ Shutting off water valves
→ Boarding up broken windows
→ Turning off the power
3. Call Us!
Dealing with an insurance claim can be stressful, but we want to make it easier for you. Call your Broker as soon as possible and we will help you get your claims process started (250) 860-6700. If after hours, refer to our website for claims contact information. Notify your Insurance Company’s Claims Department to report the claim directly to your insurer.

Mitigate the loss to your property by immediately taking all reasonable steps to prevent further loss or damage. Your adjuster will guide you through this process and let you know how to proceed with any additional steps in cleaning up, repairing and replacing your damaged property.
